Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive the delivery and adoption of digital products in a government context. You will coordinate across Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure timely, compliant releases and user-focused outcomes.

The role requires hands-on delivery experience, cloud and DevOps familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital products end-to-end.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployments).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital products from planning to launch.
• Support user research activities with Product Managers and Designers.
• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate testing (system, UAT, security) before release.
• Support release planning and deployments with engineering/DevOps teams.
• Drive user adoption through training and communication.
• Provide post-launch support and coordinate bug fixes.
• Handle procurement processes and evaluate vendor proposals in line with Government procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IM8 and relevant policies.

You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure products are delivered on time, meet user needs, and comply with required standards.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Familiar with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Agile/Scrum experience; certifications are a plus
• Degree/Diploma in relevant fields preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience in Government or regulated environments
• Knowledge of IM8 compliance
