HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee HDB and residential development projects, driving project execution, site operations and stakeholder coordination.

The role focuses on leading project teams, coordinating multi-disciplinary works and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and safety standards, with opportunities for career growth in the construction sector.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations and project management.
• Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with HDB requirements, CONQUAS and PSSCOC advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation to completion and handover.
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works progress per schedules and milestones.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate structural, architectural and M&E works to meet drawings and specs.
• Liaise with HDB, QPs, consultants, RE/RTOs and authorities.
• Monitor project costs, manpower, procurement and variation orders.
• Ensure quality, CONQUAS and safety regulations are met.
• Manage inspections, defect rectification, TOP/CSC and handover.

An established construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HDB and residential development projects in Singapore.

This role is ideal for construction professionals with a strong background in project execution, site management and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from project planning and mobilisation to completion and handover.
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works progress according to approved schedules and milestones.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate structural, architectural and M&E works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with HDB, Qualified Persons (QPs), consultants, RE/RTOs and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project costs, manpower allocation, procurement and variation orders.
• Ensure quality standards, CONQUAS requirements and safety regulations are met.
• Manage inspections, defect rectification, TOP/CSC and final handover.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Relevant experience managing HDB, BTO or residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations and project management.
• Familiarity with HDB requirements, CONQUAS and PSSCOC will be advantageous.
• Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
