Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Project Engineer to support HDB residential developments. The role covers site supervision, technical coordination, quality control and project handover to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 2–5 years of experience in HDB or residential construction, and understands CONQUAS/PPVC procedures. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Management or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in HDB, residential construction or main-contractor projects.
• Familiarity with HDB procedures, CONQUAS and PSSCOC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily structural, architectural and M&E works to align with project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site manpower, productivity and work sequencing.
• Manage precast, PPVC and PBU deliveries, installation and erection activities.
• Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies and follow up on RFIs.
• Liaise with HDB representatives, consultants, QPs, RE/RTOs and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and support QA/QC, CONQUAS and material testing requirements.
• Coordinate mock-up units, defect rectification, TOP/CSC inspections and handover.
• Maintain site safety, WSH compliance and housekeeping standards.
