Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is looking for a capable Project Manager to define project scope, forecast resources, and prepare budgets while tracking costs and the P&L for assigned projects.

You will develop detailed schedules, provide updates to stakeholders, manage vendor contracts, and apply industry best practices to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of initiatives. This partnership with e2i strengthens job matching and skills upgrading opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget as well as manage the P&L for the projects assigned
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Strong spoken, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors.
