Job summary

WorldPay Pte Ltd, a leader in payments, seeks a Project Manager for the APAC Customer Experience team based in Singapore. You will own end-to-end onboarding for commercial customers, coordinating with Sales, KYC/CDD, Legal, Credit, Risk, and Implementation to drive go-live success.

You will develop project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, and provide regular reports and post-go-live reviews to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree with strong project management track record.
• Japanese language proficiency is a plus for engaging with partners in Japan.
• Experience using PM software to create/manage project reporting (MS Project, Salesforce).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and resolve blockers.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and outsourcing.
• Card payments/merchant acquiring knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive clients.
• Eye for long-term strategy and process improvements.
• Strong presentation skills; marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing project reporting, meeting documentation, escalation management, and post-go-live monitoring.
• Drive continuous process improvements and conduct project closure reviews and handovers to Sales/Customer Experience teams.
• Perform other duties and projects for process and operation optimization.

What you'll own

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for APAC commercial customers, driving projects from contract signing to successful go live.

• Coordinate customer onboarding requirements, including documentation collection, system setup validation, product demonstrations, and user training.
• Provide ongoing project reporting, meeting documentation, escalation management, and post-go-live performance monitoring to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous process improvements, conduct project closure reviews, and facilitate seamless handovers to Sales and Customer Experience teams.
• Other related duties and special projects for process and operation optimization as assigned.

What you'll bring

• A bachelor's degree with good track record in project management and knowledge of project management best practices.
• Proficiency in Japanese languages will be an added advantage to support engagement with partners and clients in Japan
• Skill of using project management software to create and manage projects reporting, e.g., MS Project, Salesforce.
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to work with all levels of an organization - internal and external.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands with strong commercial acumen.
• Manage multiple work streams simultaneously and resilience to manage internal blockers and find solutions.
• Experience working with third party vendors and outsourcing companies.
• Card payment and merchant acquiring product knowledge will be a nice to have but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with executive level clients.
• An eye for long‑term strategy and vision for process improvements.
• Great presentation skills, marketing experience is desired but not essential.
