Job summary

EW ELITE SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned pre-sales specialist to manage the full technical consultation and support for smart warehousing and AMHS projects across Southeast Asia.

You will engage customers, gather requirements, design solutions, develop pricing, and prepare detailed proposals and tender documents to support negotiations. Coordinate internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and conduct risk assessments for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in smart warehousing, AMHS presales, or project management.
• Practical knowledge of automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), automated guided vehicles (AGVs), conveyor systems, and related warehouse automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales technical consultation cycle to support project implementation effectively.
• Engage Southeast Asian customers to conduct technical discussions, discover requirements, design solutions, and develop pricing for smart warehousing or AMHS projects.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals and tender documents to support commercial negotiations.
• Organize technical clarifications and provide ongoing technical support during negotiation phases.
• Coordinate internal mechanical, electrical controls, and supply-chain teams to deliver integrated solutions and conduct risk assessments.
• Perform other relevant duties as required to support project success.
