Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking an experienced ACMV Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Singapore, ensuring on-time completion, cost control, and adherence to client quality requirements and contractual terms.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, provide technical solutions, ensure safety and quality standards, review construction drawings, and coordinate site activities.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years ACMV experience in local construction.
• Safety certifications such as CSCPM required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects in Singapore, ensuring on-time completion and cost control.
• Liaise with client representatives and consultants; provide technical solutions when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, quality standards and codes.
• Study construction drawings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Monitor and coordinate site activities involving sub-contractors and workers.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Liaise and communicate effectively with client/representative and consultants;

Provide professional advice/technical solutions to client and consultants when required;

Ensure compliance to safety & health standards, quality standards and relevant governing codes;

Study of Construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;

Monitor and coordinate the site activities involving the sub-contractors, supervisors and site workers;

Other ad-hoc assignments.

Candidate must possess a well recognised Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management

Must possess at least 5-10 years of ACMV experience in a local construction environment

Possess the necessary construction safety certs (CSCPM, etc)
