Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Project Manager to support an urgent public sector project on a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role requires leading digital system delivery across planning, testing, launch and post-launch, with a strong focus on governance and cross-functional collaboration.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Project Manager delivering digital systems or products across planning, testing, launch and post-launch phases.
• Proven ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, budgets and procurement.
• Strong skills in preparing governance papers, reports and stakeholder documentation.
• Demonstrated expertise in agile delivery, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in managing system integration testing, user acceptance testing, operational readiness and cybersecurity compliance.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation and problem-solving skills with ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
