Job summary

WIS ICT Private Limited is seeking a proactive project manager to oversee procurement, delivery, and governance of project materials and deployments in Singapore. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet strict schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities include managing scope variances, escalations, and incidents while maintaining strong customer engagement and delivering regular reports and documentation to quality standards. On-site deployment oversight may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan, track, monitor, report and close projects.
• Technical understanding of deployment design and networking tech.
• Understanding of patch cabling is a plus.
• Strong vendor management across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent customer relationship skills and issue resolution.
• Ability to size up projects and assess risks with Sales.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accuracy, timeliness and completeness in the procurement and delivery of projects materials.
• Managing project internal resources and vendors to meet project schedule.
• Managing variations to scope following the change management process.
• Responding and handling escalations timely and to closure.
• Responding and managing incidents reporting during a project.
• Resolve conflicts in cross functional resourcing within and across projects.
• Produce and conduct kick-off presentation, project meetings, project and resource scheduling with Customer.
• Maintain an engagement operating rhythm with Customer and responsible for Customer satisfaction.
• To deliver project reporting and technical documentation as per schedule with reporting and documentation strictly adhering to the company standard and meeting the quality required for the stated project.
• To be on-site to direct and govern technical deployment when necessary.
• Completing of projects within budget and schedule

Certification

- PMP or CITPM certifications will be preferred.

Skillsets

• A highly motivated individual who is an expert in planning, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and closing of projects.
• Technical ability to understand integrated environment deployment design, and good understanding of industry leading networking and systems technology and products.
• Engineering background and understanding of patch cabling is a plus.
• An expert in all aspect of vendor management.
• Ability to create meaningful and professional relationship with the Customer.
• Possessestenacity and endurance to handle Customer issues.
• An expert in managing resourcing conflicts.
• Ability to negotiate successfully with Customer on project discrepancies.
• Ability to accurately size up projects and determine project risks with Sales.
