NEXON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager with at least 3 years' experience, focusing on construction electrical, infrastructure, or renewable energy (solar) projects. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and oversee multiple projects from inception to delivery.

You will lead a team, engage with clients and stakeholders, handle risk, and maintain project documentation to ensure on-time, within-scope results.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction electrical, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the Project execution of multiple projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
