Job summary

A.MAX PTE. LTD. is seeking a project manager to oversee financial aspects of projects, forecastings, and ensure seamless handoffs from estimating to field.

You will coordinate with prefabrication and design teams, set goals for foremen, and resolve client concerns while maintaining schedules and budgets. The role involves overseeing design, installation and supply of electrical systems, drawing up daily schedules, allocating resources, and coaching foremen to ensure high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Minimum relevant Diploma and above.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Good organisation, communication, administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting.
• Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful handoff from estimating to field.
• Collaborate with prefabrication and design departments.
• Set clear goals and expectations to foreman.
• Negotiate and resolve all customer's concerns.
• When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects.
• Manage all jobs closeout procedures.
• Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvements.
• Provide coaching/counselling to foreman.
• Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.
