Job summary

Aston Air Control Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead a team for civil construction projects in Singapore. You will direct construction planning, coordinate with sub-contractors, clients and consultants to ensure progress adheres to the schedule, while ensuring site safety by sub-contractors and compliance with Singapore Standard Code of Practice.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering, with preference for PM experience in local private

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Construction Engineering (Civil) / or equivalent.
• Preferably Project Manager specializing and experience in local private residential and commercial building
• Familiar with our local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment and safety aspects in the construction industry
