Job summary

Spencer Ogden in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead data centre and big mechanical & electrical projects. You will prepare periodic progress reports, assess master schedules, and develop cost estimates while reviewing progress claims and interim certificates.

You will identify delays, drive preventive actions, ensure document clearance with authorities, attend site meetings, maintain records, enforce safety standards, and support handover to operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data centre projects or complex M&E environments.
• HVAC equipment knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language.

About you

• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or related field)
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in project management
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage
• Familiarity with data centre projects or complex projects in a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) environment
• Experience with HVAC equipment is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language
