We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and launch of new products, services, and commercial initiatives. This role will turn opportunities into well-defined, validated, and scalable offerings by coordinating work across Product, Business Development, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and external partners.
Lead end-to-end projects from opportunity assessment, product concept, and business case through MVP, pilot, launch, and post-launch review.
Build clear project plans covering scope, milestones, owners, resourcing, budget, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new products and service improvements on time and to the required quality.
Structure customer and market research, competitive analysis, and validation experiments to test critical assumptions early.
Define pilot and MVP plans, including target users, success thresholds, feedback loops, and decision criteria for scaling, changing, or stopping an initiative.
Work with Finance and Operations to develop business cases, unit economics, pricing assumptions, capacity plans, and rollout requirements.
Partner with BD and commercial teams to validate customer demand, identify launch partners, and prepare go-to-market execution.
Maintain project governance: status reporting, action tracking, decision logs, risk registers, and leadership updates.
Drive resolution of cross-functional blockers and ensure trade-offs are documented and agreed.
Capture learnings and create repeatable playbooks for future product launches.
3-5+ years of experience in project management, product operations, product development, strategy, consulting, or business operations.
Demonstrated experience delivering new products, pilots, service launches, or complex commercial initiatives.
Strong ability to convert ambiguous opportunities into structured plans, hypotheses, experiments, and delivery milestones.
Commercial and analytical skills, including business-case development, KPI tracking, financial modelling, and unit-economics analysis.
Experience working across product, sales/BD, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including the ability to facilitate decisions among senior leaders and external partners.
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment, balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and project‑management platforms such as Lark, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar.
Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin is advantageous to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
New‑product development in F&B, retail, vending, consumer technology, logistics, marketplace, or other operations‑heavy businesses.
Experience launching products or services from concept through pilot and commercial rollout.
Familiarity with customer discovery, MVP development, experimentation, and go‑to‑market planning.
