Job summary

Fuku is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will develop detailed project plans, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor progress, manage risks, and report to senior management while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in engineering, technology, or related industries.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
