Job summary

Alstern Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution from design development through completion across mechanical, electrical and building services. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or MEP Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years' experience managing MEP/building services projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project management, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and mentor project team to achieve project success.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or MEP Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing MEP or building services projects, preferably in design-and-build or construction.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project management and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, budgets, and project schedules.
