CHL CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to drive successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish on-site. You will manage timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients, monitor progress, enforce safety and building regulations, and mentor junior team members while striving for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

About the role

As a Project Manager at CHL CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of construction projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.
