Job summary

HONFON (SOUTH PACIFIC) ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an experienced Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical process projects in Tuas.

You will oversee construction progress, quality, and safety while coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely outcomes. The role requires at least five years in pharma/chemical projects, and certifications CSCPM and SWSHPP, plus fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• At least five years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petroleum process industries.
• Hold CSCPM and SWSHPP certifications.
• Proficient communication in English and Mandarin with stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Tuas project location.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project construction progress to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure GMP/GEP-compliant standards.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate project activities and communications with clients to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Facilitate collaboration between the project team and relevant departments in Singapore to optimize resources.

Job Summary

Lead and manage pharmaceutical process industry projects, ensuring construction progress, quality, and safety while coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver compliant and timely project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project construction progress to meet scheduled timelines and deliverables
• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards
• Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate project activities and communications with clients to align expectations and resolve issues
• Facilitate collaboration between the project team and relevant departments in Singapore to optimize resource use and problem-solving
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to company leadership for informed decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated project management experience of at least five years in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or petroleum process industry
• Hold valid CSCPM and SWSHPP (formerly OPISC or OPISCS) certifications
• Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with stakeholders
• Willingness and ability to work on-site at the project location in Tuas
