Job summary

white jacket pte. ltd. is seeking an Independent and highly organized Project/Design Designer with at least 3 years of experience in Luxury Residential, Hospitality and F&B interior design.

The role requires close collaboration with the Project Director and other consultants to drive projects from concept to completion. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years in project and site coordination, strong technical detailing, and the ability to review shop drawings.

Qualifications

• Independent and highly organized professional with 3+ years in Luxury Residential, Hospitality and F&B interior design.
• Minimum 3 years in project and site coordination.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to handle enquiries from Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office; able to check shop drawings and technical details.
• Capable of planning internal work and project schedules; willing to travel within Asia; available on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Director and cross-functional consultants to take projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure design intent is implemented.
• Review technical drawings and supplier coordination; manage client communications.

• To work closely with the team, as well as with other consultants (architect, engineer, lighting designer) and client.
• Strong in technical details, able to check through shop drawings.
• Able to plan internal work schedule as well as project schedule.
• A good team player, communicator, self-motivated and meticulous in details.
• Bilingual (Good command of English and Mandarin is a essential, to handle enquiry from Chinese speaking client and supplier from China).
• Proficient in Autocad, Photoshop & MS office
• Enjoy travelling for work (In Asia)
• Available in short notice.
• Singaporean / PR are welcome.
