Job summary

CMC Markets Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects end to end, coordinating across business areas and with executives. The role focuses on risk management, dependency tracking, and aligning scope with sponsors to ensure timely delivery.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, problem solving, and adaptability, with prior PM or delivery/change management experience in a regulated brokerage environment.

Qualifications

• An experienced Project Manager with track record of managing multi-disciplinary complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in working in regulated environment (brokerage).
• Proactive in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities.
• Advanced communication, problem solving, negotiation, conflict resolution skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks large and small.
• Attention to details.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to change.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Change Manager.
• Prior experience in CFD Platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Programme Manager to deliver Projects end to end for CMC Markets Group.
• Requires coordination from numerous business areas to achieve this common business objective.
• Proactively manage risks and issues and agree suitable mitigation or corrective actions as needed.
• Proactively manage project dependencies to ensure the overall project timeline remains on track.
• Where relevant, support with Business Analysis on specific projects or work packages.
• Identify gaps or overlaps in projects and negotiate scope adjustments with executives and sponsors.
• Identify gaps in business processes and suggest correction strategies.
• Resource planning and forecasting.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels especially the executive level.
• When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high quality service that presents a professional and positive image of CMC Markets.
• Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality.
• Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
