Job summary

Citi Construction & Engineering PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Civil/Geomatics Engineer to lead utility identification projects from initiation to completion.

You will act as the main liaison with LTA, PUB and other agencies, oversee Geo-CUP, GIS deliverables and various investigation reports, and manage subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery with safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Infrastructure Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Singapore infrastructure projects.
• Experience in LTA projects and utility coordination.
• Familiar with Geo-CUP requirements, GIS platforms and utility survey methodologies.
• Strong contract administration and stakeholder management skills.
• Possess Class 3 Driving Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage utility identification projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison with LTA, PUB, utility agencies and stakeholders.
• Oversee preparation and submission of Geo-CUP, GIS Deliverables, Utility Investigation Reports, Detection Reports, and Trial Trench Reports.
• Manage utility detection programmes using EMU? MC-GPR and Gyro-Mapping Technologies.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, safety and quality performance.
• Coordinate utility records procurement and utility agency engagement.
• Review technical reports, drawings and GIS outputs.
• Manage subcontractors and consultants.
• Lead risk management and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with LTA specifications and contractual requirements.
• Conduct project progress meetings and reporting.
