Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz (China) Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking a project manager to lead complex aerospace and defense projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure delivery within scope and timeline, supervise key functions like cost control and risk assessment, and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a focus on quality assurance and compliance in managing contractual aspects of the projects.

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex aerospace and defense projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee key project functions, including cost control, schedule management, risk assessment, quality assurance, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary Point of Contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervise all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned projects.
• Provide regular project updates and detailed reports to customers and senior management.
• Collaborate with sales teams on contract preparation and tender management.
