SINGAPORE BUILDER'S M&E - LANDSCAPE & METAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to manage daily civil construction operations on site in Singapore. You will supervise workers, coordinate subcontractors and ensure work aligns with drawings and schedule.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, safety compliance under WSH regulations, and proactive problem-solving to keep projects on track and within budget.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Relevant experience in construction site supervision or project management.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site operations and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage workers and multiple site activities.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily construction site operations and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Monitor progress, manpower deployment and site productivity.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with WSH regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers and subcontractors.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project management systems.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
