Job summary

Winner Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ACMV/HVAC scopes, ensure contractual compliance and lead a multidisciplinary team on site.

The role focuses on cost management, safety, schedules, procurement, and stakeholder communication, with opportunities to advance BIM competencies and obtain professional sponsorships.

Candidates with BIM exposure will be supported to achieve BIM accreditation and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience in BIM and Data Center is preferred; training will be provided to learn BIM skills.

• Oversee project cost management and ensure timely reporting and communication with clients, stakeholders, and workforce.
• Ensure compliance with engineering practices and safety implementations in project management.
• Plan and implement project schedules, procurement processes, cost management, and contractual fulfilment.
• Lead and coordinate with team engineers and coordinators to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks.
• Supervise testing and commissioning of necessary systems and structures.
• Implement and govern the safety management system on site.

Requirements:
