Job summary

patience construction pte ltd is seeking a capable professional to oversee a range of construction projects from start to completion. The role requires coordinating planning, budgeting and resources while ensuring timely progress and quality standards.

You will liaise with consultants, authorities, architects and contractors to secure approvals and manage progress meetings with clients and subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in minor sewer / water main works / plumbing
• Experience overseeing construction projects from start to completion
• Ability to plan and schedule timelines and monitor progress
• Experience coordinating with consultants, authorities, architects and contractors
• Commitment to quality and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Manage the value and cost data of the project to ensure budgets are met
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
• Liaise with consultants, authorities, architects and contractors to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained on time
• Involve in technical discussion, progress meetings with client, consultant and main or sub-contractors
• Ensure compliance to quality and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned by Management
