Job summary

TOYAH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced project professional to lead EPC construction efforts.

The role covers planning, supervising site activities, coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors, and ensuring project budgets and safety plans are met. You will interact with authorities and manage documentation to support project success. Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree and have 5+ years in EPC environments within Singapore’s water, oil & gas, or

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years EPC experience in water reclamation, oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, oil storage, and construction industries in Singapore.
• Familiar with SG process plant & construction industries.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations.

Responsibilities

• Overall planning for construction projects.
• Close supervision, management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring progress and quality.
• Involved in preplanning and value-engineering and sequence planning.
• Supervise and manage contractors and laborers at construction sites.
• Meet with architects, specialized trades and civil engineers on projects.
• Address emergencies, work delays or other problems affecting the project.
• Manage project cost, cash flow, and claims to complete within budget and profit margins.
• Ensure site implementation and completion toward management targets and client expectations, adhering to regulations.
• Responsible for project quality and safety plans.
• Ensure ISO and OHSAS requirements are implemented on the project.
• Coordinate with authorities, clients, consultants and subcontractors on all project aspects.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of site works.

• Responsible for all the site implementation and completion towards management target, client’s expectation and compliance to authorities’ regulations.
• Responsible for the project quality and safety plan.
• Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on project.
• Coordinating with authorities, clients, consultants and subcontractors on all project aspects.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of site works are carried out.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree holder.
• At least 5 years experiences in Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects in the water reclamation, oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, oil storage, and Construction industries in Singapore.
• Familiar with SG process plant & Construction industrial.
• Well verse with Singapore construction regulation.
