Job summary

HG WORKS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced civil project leader to manage construction initiatives from initiation to completion.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. The role demands strong leadership, risk-aware scheduling, and in-depth knowledge of regulations, safety, and contract administration. Applicants should bring 8+ years in A&A and landed-house projects, with proficient MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing construction projects, with preference for A&A and landed house projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office for project scheduling and documentation.
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated by managing cross-functional teams and driving project success.
• Proven problem-solving skills applied to site management and project challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, local building regulations, contract administration, and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades efficiently to meet project objectives.
