Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user interviews.
• Partner with product manager to run sprint planning, scrums and retrospectives.
• Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre-release.
• Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
• Provide product support and work with product/engineering to fix bugs.
