Job summary

Skyrus Marine Services in Singapore seeks a seasoned Marine Operations Manager to oversee vessel movements, berthing operations, and overall marine logistics. You will lead the Marine Ops Team and coordinate berthing priorities for incoming vessels, while ensuring compliance with maritime laws and safety standards.

Responsibilities include maintenance oversight, budgeting and cost control, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and leveraging marine software to optimize fleet performance.

• Operational Management: Oversee vessel movements, ensure timely departures and arrivals, and manage marine logistics.
• Lead the Marine Ops Team to achieve berthing excellence for services and vessels.
• Coordinate on berthing priority for incoming vessels.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to maritime laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate vessel maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure operational readiness.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, fuel consumption, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Risk Management: Implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and incident investigations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with port authorities, shipping agents, and other maritime stakeholders.
• Technology & Innovation: Utilize marine software for tracking, reporting, and optimizing fleet performance.
• Lead Equipment Ops Team (EQMSIN): Managing depot and EQM inventory.
• Ensure sufficient EQM (Containers) to support business.
• Manage depot and equipment operations effectively.
