Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Management Executive cum QS to oversee tenders, cost control, and subcontractor negotiations on HDB-scale projects. You will monitor budgets, manage risks, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely delivery.

Applicants should have a Quantity Survey degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with electrical and mechanical aspects. Location: Kaki Bukit; 5.5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Experience in main contractor HDB projects preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Electrical & mechanical knowledge

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and manage tender documents.
• Manage and monitor all financial aspects of assigned projects within budget.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contracts.
• Source, liaise, compile, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors.
• Review and negotiate with contractors for cost-saving strategies.
• Prepare detailed schedules for the site team to ensure timely completion of work.
• Oversee project administration and documentation.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects/consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
