Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in scheduling, costing and document reviews.
• Build close relationships with the project team to understand project stages.
• Support configuration and change management with the technical team.
• Assist procurement activities with support from the technical team.
• Support installation method statements and update drawings to detail installation steps.
• Monitor installation works with subcontractors.
• Familiarize with T&C activities and support engineering in T&C procedures.
• Coordinate with Platform Screen Doors sub-contractor on schedule and related activities.

This is your role. What part will you play?

Assist the Project Manager on supervising the Delivery of the RTS Link Project as follows:

• Support Project Management activities i.e. Scheduling, Costing, Reviewing of documents
• Build a close relationship with the project team for a better understanding of the different stages of the projects
• Support configuration and change management activities with assistance from Technical team
• Assist in procurement activities with assistance from Technical Team
• Support installation method statements and update technical drawings to ensure clear steps and diagrams are detailed out for installation
• Monitor the performance of installation works with our subcontractors
• Familiarize yourself with T&C Activities and support engineering team in T&C procedures
• Coordinate with Platform Screen Doors sub-contractor on schedule and other relevant activities

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid

• Undertaking a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Masters in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to work independently and also a good team player who can work well in a multi-cultural environment.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
• Possess advanced knowledge in Excel (formulas, Pivot tables) and SAP
• Skills in AutoCAD, Navisworks will be an additional plus
