• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Interest in project management, engineering operations, planning, scheduling, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution activities including schedules, milestones, progress monitoring, and project performance reporting.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, records, and reports in line with ABB requirements.
• Support project administration activities including invoicing follow-up, data entry, status updates, and cross-project coordination.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and teams to identify improvements, monitor deliverables, and support safety, quality, and operational standards.
