Job summary

Housing & Development Board in Singapore invites a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction initiatives for public housing. You will coordinate consultants and contractors, monitor schedules, manage design changes, and ensure safety and quality across active sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, civil or structural engineering.
• Professional registration with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore is advantageous.
• Analytical and clear written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the construction master programme and keep projects on schedule.
• Track milestones, deliverables and overall progress.
• Coordinate readiness and approval of sample units.
• Oversee M&E works, architectural finishes, lift installation and building services.
• Coordinate safety, environmental and quality management across sites.
• Monitor compliance with contract administration requirements and claims.
