Job summary

PVH Singapore seeks a Project M&E Coordinator to plan and execute building construction projects, coordinating resources and subcontractors while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will review drawings, prepare schedules, and participate in progress meetings with the owner, visiting sites to resolve interferences and update As-Built drawings. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Green Building & Sustainability, Intelligent Building Technology or Specialist Dip in M&E Coordination.
• Prefer local working experience in Construction industries.
• Good communication, independent & self-motivated.
• Knowledge of ACMV system design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and execution including resource management and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.

• Check and analyze drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications.
• Implement correct working methods and observe safety rules.
• Attend technical and progress meetings with the owner.

• 1. Project planning and execution included resource management, control and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction Works.
• 2. Preparation of the project schedule.
• 3. Check and analyze drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications.
• 4. Implement correct working methods, observe all safety rules & regulations.
• 5. Attend Technical & progress meetings with the owner.
• 6. Visit the site to solve interferences during construction and updating of As-Built drawings according to site.
• 7. Prepare checklists, procedures and closeout comments of the projects.
• 8. Follow the aftermath of the projects.

Requirements :
