Job summary

Disney Singapore is seeking a Project & Event Production Intern to support the Integrated Marketing Team on D23 Asia 2027. This office-based role offers hands-on planning, coordination and documentation, working with the Senior Event Producer to track deliverables and keep project records.

Undergraduate in Events/Marketing/Business, available Jan–Jun 2027, on-site full-time, proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint; English fluency required, Mandarin/Korean/Japanese a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Events, Communications, Media, Marketing, Business or Hospitality.
• Willing to work full-time on-site January to June 2027.
• Strong organization, writing and presentation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination and tracking across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes and follow-up actions with owners.
• Support event production, venue logistics, programming and operations.
• Coordinate information across Disney teams, agencies and partners.
