Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd seeks two Project Engineers to support a Tampines-based semiconductor construction site. You will lead planning, scheduling, and execution for plant and piping works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years in Bulk Gas / Specialty Gas, with a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field. Immediate or short-notice start is preferred; relocation to Tampines site is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership in project planning and execution.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Able to interpret site blueprints and 2D/3D drawings.
• Experience in Bulk Gas / Specialty Gas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in project planning, scheduling, and execution for semiconductor plant and piping works
• Develop and manage project plans covering scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation
• Lead project teams, providing technical guidance and direction
• Apply knowledge of semiconductor plant construction, piping systems, and construction management to ensure standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review design specs against client and safety requirements
• Oversee on-site construction activities focusing on safety, quality, and schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and crews to maintain timelines and budgets
• Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections/audits for compliance
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Build and maintain client relationships as primary project contact

Salary: SGD 2,500 – 4,000 (Meal and Transport allowances included, subject to review)
Bonus: Variable Bonuses
Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8am–6pm, Fri 8am–5pm

About the role

Our client, a construction firm engaged in semiconductor plant and piping projects, is looking to hire two Project Engineers to support an ongoing site project in Tampines. You will take a leadership role in project planning, scheduling, and execution for semiconductor plant and piping works.

About you

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Bulk Gas / Specialty Gas

• Able to read and interpret site blueprints and 2D/3D drawings in detail

• Strong communication skills

• Available to start immediately or on short notice

• Willing to be based at the Tampines project site for at least 2 years
