Responsibilities
Act as primary customer contact and provide technical support.
Plan, monitor, and control projects from order to completion.
Lead the cross-functional project team to ensure timelines are met.
Act as primary customer contact, and provide technical support and regular update to customers on project development in a timely manner.
Communicate and co‑ordinate with clients and relevant parties pertaining to the technical requirements and engineering aspects of the assigned projects.
Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the project specifications, client's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their project execution.
Provide expertise and advisory support to enable operations are effectively and responsibly execute, and consistently maintain, quality workmanship and conformance to design and project specifications, and good manufacturing / engineering practices.
Plan, monitor and control projects from the receipt of orders through to installation / completion at theGranular? (customer's site). Additionally to review and competently controlled the completion of project within the allocated budgets and schedules.
Responsible for getting project acceptance by customers.
Lead the cross‑functional project team and work closely among inter‑department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
Participate in the implementation of risk assessment and risk control of medical devices.
Competence Requirements
Preferred to have NTC / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Precision Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably with 3 – 6 years of related experience in which 2 years of involvement with Playtech? project management in a contract manufacturing environment.
Preference will be given to those who have experience working with multi‑discipline project teams in a manufacturing equipment or system integration environment.
Working knowledge with precision machining / assembly processes is an advantage.
Able to work effectively with customers according to deadlines and under pressure‑filled conditions.
