Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd is seeking a flexible candidate to rotate across departments and gain exposure to business operations and management in our Singapore office.

You will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects, prepare reports, and support meetings. The role includes supporting sales, marketing, and client engagement, plus facility operations and tenant management. Degree in any discipline welcome; no prior experience required.

• Participate in strategic planning, business planning, and feasibility studies.
• Conduct research to improve profitability and reduce business risks.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and authorities to ensure project compliance.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
