Job summary

UNIQUETECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable engineer to oversee project coordination from tender to handover. You will prepare schedules, monitor progress, ensure safety, and coordinate with Project Managers and on-site staff.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in engineering, strong problem-solving, proactive attitude, and excellent communication. You will supervise contractors and support timely progress payments while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• Ability to identify innovative solutions to problems.
• Proactive, possess a positive attitude and able to work independently.
• Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Must have initiative and possess desire to learn.
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, manage, coordinate and monitor projects
• Develop tender specifications and perform natural & unbiased tender evaluations
• Attend to site test and inspections to ensure quality of standards and all health & safety requirements are adhered to
• Assist in the preparation of progress payments claims and variation orders where required
• Work closely with Project Managers and site personnel in the execution of task schedule
• Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and staff at site
