Job summary

JOB LIONS PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Project Engineer to plan and coordinate structured cabling projects in commercial buildings. You will prepare layouts, schedules, and bill of materials, while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities include supervising fibre optic and copper cabling installation, conducting inspections, testing, and ensuring adherence to project specs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Dip or Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science is required.
• Experience in cabling or building infrastructure preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fibre optic and copper cabling standards.

Job Scope:

• Plan and coordinate structured cabling projects for commercial building.
• Prepare cabling layouts, technical drawings, material requirements, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation of fibre optic and copper cabling , including routing, termination, testing, and labelling.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage project progress, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and documentation to ensure timely project completion.
