Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer (Marine & Civil Construction) to join our Bukit Batok team. You will plan and coordinate on-site and off-site construction schedules to meet project timelines.

The role requires reviewing drawings, monitoring site activities, preparing progress reports, and maintaining safety and compliance. This permanent position offers exposure to dredging, reclamation or nearshore work, and opportunities across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Ability to review civil, structural, architectural and M&E drawings.
• Experience with infrastructure or marine construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate on-site and off-site construction schedules to meet project timelines.
• Track and report progress at each stage, updating teams and clients.
• Review drawings to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Monitor site activities and prepare progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant work environment.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and coordinate with supervisors and safety teams.
• Coordinate inspections with REs and RTOs and attend client meetings.
• Prepare RFIs, method statements, risk assessments and related submissions.
• Maintain organised project records suitable for ISO audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate on-site and off-site construction schedules to meet project timelines.
• Track and report progress at each stage, keeping project teams, clients and consultants updated.
• Review civil, structural, architectural and M&E drawings to ensure they meet project requirements.
• Monitor site activities and prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant work environment.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and coordinate work with supervisors and safety teams.
• Coordinate inspections with REs and RTOs, and attend client and safety meetings.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, drawings and other submissions.
• Maintain organised project records that are ready for ISO audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in infrastructure or marine construction is preferred.
• Experience in dredging, reclamation or nearshore construction is advantageous.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and BCA regulations.
• Experience supporting different projects when required.
• Access to personal transport is advantageous for travel between project sites.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
