ETLA Limited in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to plan and develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor performance against targets. You will coordinate with Sales and Production on technical deliverables, review specs, BOMs, drawings, and PO approvals, and chair discussions to resolve material issues with the Materials team.

Key duties include coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining SAP schedules, and ensuring timely ECO submissions and closures.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years in project management, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, risk management, quality tools and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities with strong planning and organizing capabilities.
• Ability to understand both business and technical aspects of projects.

Mansioni

• Plan and develop project plan.
• Allocate and manage project resources according to the approved plan; analyse actual performance against project targets and take appropriate actions to close the gaps.
• Coordinate with Sales and Production on the technical deliverables: spec review, BOM, drawings, and PO approvals.
• Chair discussions to resolve indirect and direct material issues with Materials team.
• Initiate and attend conference calls with Customer/Internal or any adhoc meeting activities.
• Project scheduling & update need date in SAP on time if there is any pull in/push out by the customers.
• Monitor and report project status to the Project Director.
• Ensure all Engineering Change Request/Order (ECR/ECO) are submitted for Pilot and production, conduct necessary ECO reviews, and track all ECOs to ensure cut-in on schedule.
• Manage, track and collaborate with customer/internal for any adhoc rework activities.
• Liaise with production, quality & buyer team for RMA closure.
