Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking a capable project engineer to oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

You will plan, supervise, execute, and monitor all activities, maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants, and ensure safety and compliance through to project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be responsible for day-to-day project operations, coordinating activities with subcontractors and liaising with all parties involved in the project.
• Plan, supervise, execute, and monitor all project activities and schedules.
• Schedule, supervise, and manage subcontractors/workers to ensure work is carried out accurately and on time, in accordance with contract drawings and specifications.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the project team, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination of work activities.
• Monitor construction and project progress, ensuring productivity, legal compliance, and adherence to safety requirements through to project completion.
• Track on-site progress and ensure quality workmanship to meet quality and cost objectives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Assist in tracking approval submissions to ensure compliance with relevant government authorities.
• Maintain close liaison with subcontractors and consultants to ensure projects are completed within the required timeline.
