Job summary

OLIVERS & PARTNERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of electrical and ACMV systems on construction projects. You will coordinate HV/LV switchgear, transformers, distribution panels, and generators, and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include QA/QC support, review of drawings and manuals, and involvement in testing and commissioning, BOMs, and providing technical support to production and field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E construction projects.

Job description

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of electrical equipment, including high-voltage (HV) switchgear, transformers, low-voltage (LV) switchgear, distribution panels, and generators.

• Monitor subcontractors' work to ensure proper execution of electrical and ACMV installations, including below-ground conduits, piping, ductwork, equipment installation, and associated systems. Update work schedules and report progress to the project management team.

• Support the QA/QC department in conducting site inspections and preparing quality control documentation for electrical and ACMV installations.

• Review and verify subcontractors' as-built drawings, operation manuals, and work procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Participate in the testing and commissioning of completed electrical and ACMV systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with project requirements.

• Prepare project bills of materials (BOM), workshop drawings, and provide technical support to the production, installation, testing, and commissioning teams.

Requirements :-

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E construction projects , preferably with sub contractors
