Job summary

GYLET PROJECT (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from award to handover, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deliverables. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors costs, and maintains documentation.

Responsibilities include preparing daily and monthly reports, managing drawings, safety coordination, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to avoid defects and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management from award to handover.
• Familiarity with drawing management and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Project Management Process from award until handover including all statutory requirements and deliverables.
• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
• Coordinate and be involved in pre- & post-tender survey for SED/ ordering and pre-con survey on the existing building (applicable to MOD projects only).
• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project team which includes attending site meeting, involve in all internal and external inspection/handover of projects for public use with no critical defects and place order for spare parts via spare parts finder database.
• Responsible to oversee drawing management and to update client/subcon accordingly.
• Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulations are complied by conducting safety walks on regular basis.
• Manage cost and pre-empt/highlight potential cost overrun and late delivery of project.
• Conduct weekly or monthly with sub con to update the progress of work.
