Job summary

TESTING INSPECTION & SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Senior Project Engineer. You will assist with kick-off meetings, monitor progress, prepare documents, and develop risk assessments. Strong planning skills and English communication are essential.

You will work to ensure objectives, safety and quality are met, coordinating with execution teams and relevant stakeholders to maintain project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably in similar industries.
Good technical competency and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

Assist Senior Project Engineer to conduct kick-off and project meetings to align objectives, deliverables, quality, lead-time and safety.
Plan and monitor daily progress; compare planned vs actual and identify critical activities.
Prepare engineering documents, work instructions, progress reports and handover status.
Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans for project tasks with the execution team.
Estimate resource usage and costs; report prognosis relative to budgets.
Assist in assigning tasks and explaining requirements to work teams.
