Job summary

Rotol Project (SG) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Engineer / Construction Manager to lead on-site operations, ensure safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and quality outcomes across construction projects.

You will plan staffing, supervise subcontractors, coordinate with consultants and clients, read drawings in AutoCAD, monitor progress, and prepare detailed site documentation. A Civil/Construction degree and 4+ years in Singapore construction are preferred.

• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations, building requirements, and WSH standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily construction site activities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Plan, schedule, and monitor manpower deployment, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines. Supervise and coordinate structural, architectural, and other construction works to maintain quality standards. Lead site supervisors, workers, and subcontractors to optimize productivity and ensure compliance with project requirements. Collaborate with consultants, architects, engineers, clients, and stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve issues. Required competencies and certifications

Preferred competencies and qualifications
