Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is looking for a security project coordinator to manage end-to-end security system projects from planning to handover, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to drive successful project execution. You will lead programming, integration, testing and commissioning for CCTV, access control and intrusion systems, and prepare technical documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, site supervision and security system implementation.
• Hands-on experience in Alarm, Card Access and CCTV systems including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and documentation for reporting and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end security system projects including planning, design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover within schedule, budget and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and timely completion.
• Lead system programming, integration, troubleshooting and QA for CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm and related systems.
• Prepare project documentation, technical reports and training materials; provide technical support during implementation and handover.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, and security system implementation, with hands-on experience in Alarm, Card Access, and CCTV systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer-based tools for project documentation, reporting, and coordination.
