Job summary

KELE & ASSOCIATES PTE LTD is seeking a Project Engineer/Coordinator to plan, coordinate and execute assigned projects from kick-off to handover. This role covers schedule planning, resourcing, and progress monitoring across multiple projects.

You will review specifications, prepare technical submissions, coordinate with customers and consultants, support site activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
2-5 years of experience as a project engineer.
Experience in Building Management System (BMS), HVAC Controls, Instrumentation, Industrial Automation, ELV, or SCADA.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned projects from project kick-off to final handover.
Prepare project schedule, work plans, and resources requirement.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure project are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to management.
Ensure project claims are submitted promptly and variation orders are properly documented.
