Job summary

JEET EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a Project Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The role involves preparing plan and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, confirming colour schemes, and managing layout quantities.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, prepare master programmes, and ensure projects progress on schedule. Proactive, independent workers with strong multitasking and organizational skills fit well.

Qualifications

Diploma in any industry.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to multitask with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using AutoCAD
To do colour scheme confirmation
To tick off quantity of layouts
Placing order for projects
Prepare handover material/checklist for handover
Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule
Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors
Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
Attend site and coordination meeting
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
